Description
«STEAM SMOKER» – STEAM and SMOKE SMOKEHOUSE – is able to work on coal (wood) or gas.
A distinctive feature of the STEAM SMOKER is a water-filled bath placed above the source of heat (charcoal brazier or gas burner). Having a water bath gives the following advantages:
* High humidity in the chamber reducing moisture loss of the product.
* A water bath and a steam-smoke mixture evenly distribute the temperature around the chamber.
* Less time of products’ preparation if compare to «dry» smoking.
- The smokehouse automatically maintains the desired temperature.
- The smokehouse is equipped with an electronic control unit and drivers for opening/closing air dampers. The operating temperature of the smokehouse is set on the electronic unit.
- When connecting a smokehouse to a water supply, the water level in the bath is automatically maintained with a float device located in a separate container.
